Cities Ranked By Rent

–Charlotte, Caroline du Nord continued to have the most expensive rent with one bedrooms priced at $1,160.
–Huntersville, NC remained second with rent at $1,050.
–Davidson, NC rent dropped $20 to $980 but stayed the third priciest in the metro.

–Gastonia, NC was the most affordable city with rent at $690.
–Concord, NC rent stayed stable at $890 and as the second least expensive.
–Cornelius, NC rent dropped $30, settling at $950, and down one spot to rank as the third most affordable.
Growth Rate
