Charlotte Metro Report: February 2018

The first ever Zumper Charlotte Metro Report analyzed active listings in January across 7 metro cities to show the most and least expensive cities and cities with the fastest growing rents. The North Carolina state median rent was $824 last month.

Charlotte, Caroline du Nord rent grew $30 to $1,200 and remained the most expensive in the metro.

Cornelius, NC ranked as second priciest with rent at $940.

Huntersville, NC held onto its position as third with one bedrooms priced at $920.

Gastonia, NC rent grew $10 to $620 but continued to rank as the most affordable.

Concord, NC saw rent grow $30 to $800 but remained the second least expensive.

Mooresville, NC was third with rent at $880.
