–Cambridge was the most expensive city with one bedrooms priced at $2,650.
–Boston rent grew 0.4% last month at $2,510 and ranked as the second priciest city.
–Revere was third with rent priced at $2,300.

–Manchester ranked as the most affordable city with one bedrooms priced at $1,180.
–Worcester was second with rent at $1,290.
–Lowell ranked as third with rent up 1.4% to $1,480.

–Medford had the fastest growing rent, up 15.3% since this time last year.
–Revere saw rent climb 12.7%, making it the second fastest growing.
–Malden was third with rent growing 12.1%.

–Revere rent jumped 5.0% last month, making it the second fastest growing.
