Cities Ranked By Rent
Le plus cher
–Cambridge, MA saw rent drop $10 to $2,490 but remain the most affordable city in the metro.
–Boston, Massachusetts continued to rank as the second priciest with rent growing $20 to $2,420 last month.
–Brookline, MA one bedroom rent grew $40 to $2,400 but stayed as third.

–Fall River, MA was the most affordable city with rent at $1,070.
–Lawrence, MA moved down one spot to rank as the second least expensive city with one bedroom rent dropping $60 to $1,210.
–Brockton, MA moved up to third with rent climbing $120 to $1,310.
