Cities Ranked By Rent
Le plus cher
–Cambridge, MA saw rent drop $30 to $2,470 but continue to rank as the most expensive city.
–Boston, Massachusetts remained second with rent at $2,390.
–Brookline, MA rent fell $20 to $2,350 but stayed as the third priciest.

–Fall River, MA saw rent climb $50 to $1,040 but remain the most affordable city in the metro.
–Brockton, MA ranked as the second least expensive with rent at $1,190.
–Worcester, MA moved down a spot to rank as third with rent at $1,330.
Growth Rate

–Waltham, MA had the fastest growing rent, up 15.8% since this time last year.
–Fall River, MA followed closely behind as second with rent climbing 15.6%.
–Quincy, MA was third with rent jumping 12.9%.
