Cities Ranked By Rent
Le plus cher
–Boston & Cambridge, MA tied for the most expensive city with one bedrooms both priced at $2,500.
–Brookline, MA was the next priciest market with rent at $2,400.
–Somerville, MA ranked as 4th with rent at $2,200.
Le moins cher
–Fall River, MA stayed the most affordable city with rent at $1,070.
–Brockton, MA saw rent drop $70 to $1,240 and become the 2nd least expensive city.
–Lawrence, MA rent grew $60 to $1,270 and moved up a spot to rank as 3rd.
