Cities Ranked By Rent

–Cambridge, MA saw rent climb $20 to $2,520 and reclaim its position as the sole priciest city in the metro.
–Boston, Massachusetts dropped to second with rent falling $50 to $2,450.
–Brookline, MA was third with one bedrooms priced at $2,400.

–Fall River, MA remained the most affordable city with rent at $1,070.
–Brockton, MA rent grew $60 to $1,300 but stayed the second least expensive in the metro.
–Lawrence & Worcester, MA tied for third with rents both at $1,330.
