Cities Ranked By Rent
Le plus cher
–Cambridge, MA rent inched up another $10 since last month and ranked as the most expensive in the metro with one bedroom units priced at $2,360.
–Brookline, MA followed close behind as the second priciest city with rent at $2,300.
–Boston, Massachusetts was third with one bedrooms at $2,200.
Le moins cher
–Worcester, MA rent remained flat at $1,150 and ranked as the most affordable in the metro.
–Brockton, MA was second with one bedrooms priced at $1,250.
–Lowell & Lawrence, MA tied for third with rent at $1,330.
Growth Rate

–Haverhill, MA had the fastest growing rent since last year, climbing 6.5%.
–Medford, MA followed suit with the second largest yearly growth rate, up 4.8%.
–Waltham, MA was third with rent up 4.7%.
