Cities Ranked By Rent
Le plus cher
–Cambridge, MA saw rent climb $80 to $2,600 but remain the most expensive city in the metro.
–Boston, Massachusetts rent jumped $50 to $2,500 but stayed second.
–Brookline, MA was the third priciest with rent at $2,400.
Le moins cher
–Fall River, MA continued to rank as the most affordable city with rent at $1,070.
–Brockton, MA rent dropped $60 to $1,240 but continued to rank as the second priciest.
–Lawrence, MA was third with one bedrooms priced at $1,320.
Growth Rate

–Framingham, MA had the fastest growing rent, up 12.7% since this time last year.
–Fall River, MA saw rent climb 7%, making it second.
–Boston, Massachusetts followed closely behind as third with rent growing 6.8%.

–Haverhill, MA rent had the largest monthly growth rate, up 5.2%.
–Quincy, MA was second with rent climbing 4.8%.
