Cities Ranked By Rent
Le plus cher
–Cambridge, MA saw rent grow $30 to $2,500 and continue to reign as the most expensive city.
–Boston, Massachusetts was second with one bedrooms priced at $2,400.
–Brookline, MA stayed third with rent at $2,350.
Le moins cher
–Fall River, MA rent jumped $50 to $1,090 but remained the most affordable in the metro.
–Brockton, MA saw rent climb $60 to $1,190 but stay as the second least expensive.
–Lawrence, MA dropped one spot to rank as third with rent falling $60 to $1,270.

–Waltham, MA rent was the second fastest growing, climbing 10.4% since this time last year.
