Cities Ranked By Rent
Le plus cher
–Elkridge, MD rent, although dropping $20 since last month, was the most expensive at $1,550.
–Columbia, MD outpaced Ellicott City to become the second most expensive city with rent growing 4.9% to $1,510.
–Ellicott City, MD was third with rent at $1,420.
Le moins cher
–Brooklyn Park, MD remained the most affordable city and got even cheaper this past month with rent at $760.
–Westminster, MD rent stayed stable and as the second least expensive in the metro at $830.
–Dundalk, MD was just slightly more expensive at $850.
Growth Rate

–Baltimore, MD had the fastest growing rent since this time last year, up 13.2%.
–Glen Burnie, MD followed closely behind with prices growing 12.7% since this time last year.
–Pikesville, MD was third with a 10.3% yearly growth rate.
