The Most Expensive

  • Kyle ranked as the most expensive city with one-bedrooms priced at $1,470.
  • Austin was the second priciest with rent at $1,450.
  • Leander ranked third with rent at $1,360.

The Least Expensive

  • Pflugerville was the most affordable city with one-bedrooms priced at $1,210.
  • San Marcos ranked as the second least expensive with rent at $1,230.
  • Cedar Park was third with rent at $1,300.

The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)

  • Kyle had the fastest growing rent, up 7.3% since this time last year.
  • San Marcos saw rent climb 4.2%, making it the second fastest growing.

The Fastest Growing (M/M%)

  • Georgetown & Cedar Park tied for the city with the largest monthly growth rate, both up 1.6%.
  • Pflugerville saw rent increase 0.8% last month, making it second.
