The Most Expensive
- Kyle ranked as the most expensive city with one-bedrooms priced at $1,470.
- Austin was the second priciest with rent at $1,450.
- Leander ranked third with rent at $1,360.
The Least Expensive
- Pflugerville was the most affordable city with one-bedrooms priced at $1,210.
- San Marcos ranked as the second least expensive with rent at $1,230.
- Cedar Park was third with rent at $1,300.
The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)
- Kyle had the fastest growing rent, up 7.3% since this time last year.
- San Marcos saw rent climb 4.2%, making it the second fastest growing.
The Fastest Growing (M/M%)
- Georgetown & Cedar Park tied for the city with the largest monthly growth rate, both up 1.6%.
- Pflugerville saw rent increase 0.8% last month, making it second.
