–Austin was the most expensive city with one bedrooms priced at $1,250.

–Cedar Park rent grew 2.7% last month to $1,130 and ranked as the second priciest city.

-Georgetown was third with rent at $1,080.

–San Marcos ranked as the most affordable city with one bedrooms priced at $900.

–Round Rock was second with rent at $1,010.

–Leander ranked as third with rent down 1.9% to $1,040.

–Cedar Park had the fastest growing rent, up 2.7% since this time last year.

–Austin saw rent climb 1.6%, making it the second fastest growing.

–Pflugerville was third with rent growing 1.0%
