–Austin, TX rent increased $10 to $1,190 and remained the priciest in the metro.
–Georgetown, TX moved up a spot to rank as the second most expensive city with rent growing $10 to $1,070.
–Cedar Park, TX moved up 4 spots and into the top 3 markets as third with one bedroom rent growing $50 to $1,060.

–San Marcos, TX fell behind Wells Branch to become the most affordable city with rent dropping $10 to $890.
–Wells Branch, TX moved up one position to rank as the second least expensive city with rent growing $40 to $930.
–Kyle, TX remained third with one bedrooms priced at $980.
