Atlanta Rent Prices Mapped: November 2016

Atlanta ranked as the 19th most expensive rental market in the U.S this month, coming ahead of Long Beach, Denver, and Pittsburgh in our most recent national rent report. One bedroom units increased a slight 0.8% to a median of $1,310, while two bedrooms jumped 3.1% to $1,650.
 
Atlanta_MonthlyPriceMedianMap_Fall2016Breaking the $1,600 threshold for one bedroom units, Peachtree Heights West, Centennial Hill, and South Tuxedo Park were the most expensive areas to rent in Atlanta this fall. Close behind, Midtown, Atlantic Station, and North Buckhead were the next priciest neighborhoods.
Centennial Hill and Peachtree Center had some of the fastest growing rents, both up over 8% since last quarter.
