Cities Ranked By Rent
The Most Expensive
–Atlanta, Géorgie rent grew 1.5% last month to $1,380 and continued to rank as the most expensive in the metro.
–Alpharetta, GA ranked as second with one bedrooms priced at $1,240.
–Dunwoody, GA followed closely behind as third with rent at $1,210.
The Least Expensive
–Gainesville, GA prices stayed stable since last month at $780 so the city remained the most affordable in the metro.
–Norcross, GA was second with rent at $800,
– Marietta, GA rent ranked as third at $860.
Growth Rate
The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)
–Gainesville, GA had the fastest growing rent since this time last year, up 14.7%.
The Fastest Growing (M/M%)
–Smyrna, GA was the only city with a significant monthly rental growth rate, climbing 4.8%.
