–Sandy Springs, GA saw rent climb $70 to $1,420 but stay the second priciest.
–Alpharetta, GA was third with rent at $1,330.

–Gainesville, GA continued to rank as the most affordable city with rent at $900.
–Norcross, GA followed closely as second with one bedrooms priced at $940.
–Newnan, GA rent remained at $1,020 and as the third least expensive.
