Cities Ranked By Rent
Most Expensive
–Atlanta, Géorgie continued to reign as the most expensive city to rent in the metro area. One bedroom units were priced at a median of $1,300.
–Sandy Springs, GA rent grew $40 last month to rank as the second priciest city with one bedroom units at $1,230.
–Alpharetta & Johns Creek, GA were tied for third with rents at $1,210.
Least Expensive
–Gainesville, GA remained the most affordable city to rent with one bedrooms priced at $710.
–Norcross, GA ranked as second with rent at $790.
–Newnan, GA followed behind as third with rent at $840.
Growth Rate

–Smyrna, GA had the fastest growing rent since last year, climbing 13.3%.
–Dunwoody, GA followed behind that with a 9.1% yearly growth rate.
–Rosewell, GA was third with rent up 5.3% since this time last year.
