Cities Ranked By Rent
The Most Expensive
–Atlanta, Géorgie saw rent climb $10 to $1,500 and continue to rank as the priciest city in the metro.
–Alpharetta, GA remained the second most expensive city with one bedrooms priced at $1,330.
–Sandy Springs, GA was third with rent at $1,290.
The Least Expensive
–Gainesville, GA stayed the most affordable city with rent at $900.
–Norcross. GA followed closely as second with one bedrooms priced at $940.
–Newnan, GA rent grew $20 to an even $1,000 and ranked as the third least expensive.
Growth Rate
The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)
–Gainesville, GA had the fastest growing rent, up 12.5% since this time last year.
–Newnan, GA rent jumped 11.1% since this time last year, making it second.
–Alpharetta, GA had the third largest year over year rental growth rate, climbing 10.8%.
The Fastest Growing (M/M%)
–Smyrna & Roswell, GA prices tied for the fastest growing last month, both up 5%.
