Cities Ranked By Rent
The Most Expensive
–Atlanta, Géorgie rent grew $10 to $1,420 and remained the most expensive in the metro.
–Sandy Springs, GA was second with one bedrooms priced at $1,270.
–Smyrna, GA followed closely behind as third with rent at $1,250.
The Least Expensive
–Gainesville, GA saw rent climb $40 to $860 but continued to be the most affordable.
–Newnan, GA fell behind Norcross to rank as the second least expensive city with rent at $890.
–Norcross, GA moved past Newnan to rank as third with rent at $900.
Growth Rate
The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)
–Gainesville, GA had the fastest growing rent since this time last year, up 14.7%.
–Norcross, GA rose 12.5%, making it the second fastest growing.
–Smyrna, GA rent had the third largest year over year growth rate, climbing 10.6%.
The Fastest Growing (M/M%)
–Gainesville, GA also had the largest monthly rental growth rate as well, up 4.9%.
