Cities Ranked By Rent

–Atlanta, Géorgie rent grew $10 since last month to a median of $1,310. This city remained the most expensive in the metro area.
–Sandy Springs, GA ranked as the second priciest with one bedrooms priced at $1,290.
–Johns Creek, GA, close behind, was the third most expensive city with rent at $1,270.

–Gainesville, GA rent, although growing $40 since last month to $750, continued to be the most affordable.
–Norcross, GA was the second least expensive city with rent priced at $800.
–Marietta & Newnan, GA were tied for third with one bedrooms priced at $880.

–Gainesville, GA had the fastest growing rent since this time last year, up 15.4%.
–Sandy Springs, GA rent was the next fastest growing, climbing 10.3% since this time last year.
–Alpharetta, GA rent ranked as third with a yearly growth rate of 7.8%.

–Gainesville, GA also had the largest monthly growth rate, up 5.6%.
–Johns Creek, GA followed closely behind Gainesville with rent climbing 5% since this time last year.
