Cities Ranked By Rent

The Most Expensive
–Atlanta, Géorgie saw rent grow $10 to $1,490 and continue to reign as the most expensive city in the metro.
–Alpharetta, GA remained second with one bedrooms priced at $1,330.
–Sandy Springs, GA moved up 2 spots to rank in the top 3 markets with rent jumping $60 to $1,260.
The Least Expensive
–Gainesville, GA rent stayed the most affordable at $900.
–Norcross. GA followed closely behind as the second least expensive city with rent at $940.
–Newnan, GA saw rent grow $50 to $980 and become the third most affordable city in the metro.
Growth Rate
The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)
–Gainesville, GA saw rent climb 15.4% since this time last year, making it the fastest growing.
–Norcross. GA had the second fastest growing rent, up 14.6%.
–Alpharetta, GA rent had the third largest year over year growth rate, jumping 10.8%.
The Fastest Growing (M/M%)
–Newnan, GA had the fastest growing rent last month, up 5.4%.
–Smyrna, GA followed closely behind as second with rent climbing 5.3%.
–Sandy Springs, GA was third with rent growing 5%.
