Cities Ranked By Rent
The Most Expensive
–Atlanta, Géorgie continued to reign as the most expensive city with rent at $1,480.
–Alpharetta, GA saw rent grow $20 to $1,360 but remained the second priciest city.
–Dunwoody, GA moved up a spot, outpacing Sandy Springs, to become third with one bedrooms priced at $1,240.
The Least Expensive
–Gainesville & Norcross, GA tied for the most expensive city, both with rents at $900.
–Newnan, GA moved down to become the second most affordable city with one bedrooms priced at $980.
–Marietta, GA was third with rent growing $20 to $1,010.
Growth Rate
The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)
–Gainesville, GA had the fastest growing rent since this time last year, up 15.4%.
–Alpharetta, GA followed closely behind as second with rent climbing 15.3%.
–Smyrna, GA had the third largest year over year rental growth rate, jumping 13.3%.
The Fastest Growing (M/M%)
–Roswell, GA was the only city with a significant monthly growth rate, up 4.8%.
