The Most Expensive
–Sandy Springs, GA remained the most expensive city with rent growing $50 to $1,420.
–Atlanta, Géorgie dropped one spot to become the second priciest market with one bedrooms priced at $1,390.
–Alpharetta, GA fell one spot to third with rent at $1,330.
The Least Expensive
–Gainesville, GA remained the most affordable city with rent at $900.
–Norcross, GA continued to rank as second with rent staying at $940.
–Newnan, GA was third with one bedrooms priced at $1,020.

–Newnan, GA had the fastest growing rent, up 13.3% since this time last year.
The Fastest Growing (M/M%)
–Smyrna, GA rent had the largest monthly growth rate, climbing 4.1%.
