Cities Ranked By Rent
The Most Expensive
–Sandy Springs, GA ranked as the most expensive city to rent in the metro area. One-bedroom units were up to $1,340 this month.
–Atlanta, Géorgie followed closely behind as second with one-bedrooms priced at $1,310.
– Alpharetta, GA came in as the third most expensive city with the median rent at $1,290.
The Least Expensive
–Gainesville, GA was the most affordable city with rent priced at $750.
–Norcross, GA ranked as the second least expensive city with one-bedrooms priced at $800.
– Marietta, GA followed behind with the median rent at $870.
Growth Rate
The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)
–Sandy Springs, GA has the largest yearly growth rate, up 14.5%.
– Alpharetta, GA experienced an 11.2% growth rate in prices compared to this time last year, making rent here the second fastest growing.
–Gainesville, GA came in as the third with a yearly growth rate of 10.3%.
The Fastest Growing (M/M%)
–Gainesville, GA saw a 5.6% increase in the median rent for one bedroom units since last month, making it the fastest growing.
–Alpharetta & Atlanta, Géorgie were tied for second with a monthly growth rate of 4%.
–Sandy Springs, GA came in third, experiencing a 3.1% increase in rent prices this month.
