Cities Ranked By Rent

The Most Expensive
–Atlanta, Géorgie saw rent drop $30 to $1,470 but remain the priciest city in the metro.
–Sandy Springs, GA moved up one spot to rank as the second most expensive city with rent growing $60 to $1,350.
–Alpharetta, GA dropped to third with one bedrooms priced at $1,330.
The Least Expensive
–Gainesville, GA remained the most affordable city with rent at $900.
–Norcross, GA ranked as the second least expensive city with rent at $940.
–Newnan, GA saw rent grow $20 to $1,020 but stay the third most affordable.
Growth Rate
The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)
–Gainesville, GA rent had the largest year over year growth rate, climbing 15.4%.
–Alpharetta, GA had the second fastest growing rent, up 12.7% since this time last year.
–Newnan, GA followed closely behind as third with rent growing 12.1%.
The Fastest Growing (M/M%)
–John’s Creek, GA had the fastest growing rent, up 4.8% last month.
–Sandy Springs & Roswell, GA rents tied for second, both jumping 4.7%.
–Smyrna, GA saw rent climb 4% last month, making it third.
