Tanguy Le Louarn is Zumper’s Chief Product Officer and has spent over a decade helping grow the company from its early days through its Series D. He has a deep focus on rental data, consumer behavior, and housing trends, and specializes in turning complex market shifts into clear insights that help renters, property owners, and industry professionals navigate today’s housing market. His expertise has been featured in Bloomberg, NBC News, Marketplace, Inman, and Multifamily Executive. Before joining Zumper, Tanguy worked in investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and in growth marketing at Wize Commerce. A native of France and lifelong Arsenal supporter, he currently lives in San Francisco, one of the hottest rental markets in the U.S., with his wife and two daughters.
