the maintenance and customer service here are excellent. Despite being close to major freeways, it’s surprisingly quiet—at least on my side of the complex. Parking might be a challenge if you have two cars, as only one designated space is provided per unit, and additional spaces require being on a waitlist until availability opens up. The amenities are nice, and my apartment features updated appliances, which add to the overall experience. If you’re considering this apartment, I highly recommend speaking with Donald. He’s been an outstanding steward of the property and is incredibly helpful.

An Exceptional Living Experience at Renaissance of Uptown in Orange Living at the Renaissance of Uptown apartment complex in Orange has been an incredible experience, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-managed and comfortable place to call home. From the outstanding service to the spacious units, this community truly stands out. One of the biggest highlights of our time here has been the exceptional service provided by the staff. Donald, one of the team managers, consistently goes above and beyond to ensure residents’ needs are met with care and professionalism. The office staff, including Kaylee, Calvin, Kylie, and Catherine, are simply amazing. They’re always friendly, helpful, and committed to making sure everything runs smoothly. Kaylee, in particular, is as sweet as can be and follows through on everything with a personal touch. We lived in the complex for over five years and recently decided to move to a larger space, but we can confidently say that The Pizarro 1 Bed / 1 Bath unit is an excellent option for anyone seeking an economical yet spacious apartment. It features modern appliances and an open layout that provides plenty of room. A tip for future residents—be mindful when selecting furniture, as oversized pieces can make the space feel cramped. The Renaissance is also a fantastic choice for pet owners. With plenty of walking areas, it’s a great environment for dogs to enjoy the outdoors. Additionally, the complex is centrally located, offering easy access to major freeways, grocery stores, and everything you need for a convenient lifestyle. Another standout feature is the seamless and transparent leasing process. The business model here is straightforward, with no hidden surprises, making it easy to navigate your rental experience. The garages are another great perk—spacious and available for rent at a reasonable price if they aren’t included with your unit. However, there are a couple of things to consider if you’re moving into Building Two, which houses the parking structure. Parking is very strictly enforced, and vehicles parked outside designated areas are subject to towing. We never had any issues, but it’s important to follow the rules carefully to avoid any complications. One of the minor challenges we’ve encountered is the fire alarm system in Building Two. While it’s highly effective, the complex is a smoking-friendly facility, which can sometimes trigger the alarms unexpectedly. The management is actively working to address this, and most residents are considerate of their neighbors. Delivery drivers can sometimes have trouble finding specific units, so we recommend providing detailed instructions for package deliveries to avoid any confusion. Once you’re familiar with the layout, it becomes second nature, but it can take a little time to get used to. We also can’t say enough about the incredible maintenance team—Miguel, Christopher, and Chris. They are always prompt, knowledgeable, and go out of their way to ensure that any repairs or maintenance needs are handled efficiently. Their dedication to keeping the property in top shape truly enhances the living experience here. Overall, our experience at Renaissance of Uptown has been nothing short of fantastic. The heating and air conditioning systems work perfectly, the pools are well-maintained, and the community atmosphere is welcoming. If you have the chance to move into Apartment 2452, we highly recommend it—these units are in high demand, and for good reason. While we’ve moved on to a larger space, we wholeheartedly recommend Renaissance of Uptown to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed community in Orange.
