I have been living here for 5 months and have been more than impressed at the professionalism I have experienced. Each time I have had a maintenance request, the very next day, if not sooner, the problem was resolved. Qays takes care of everything asap. He always gets back to me, always has a plan, and is the nicest, most thorough, kind man I know. Thanks to Qays and his guys, I already signed up for another year here.
