This is a secure building with an intercom, key entry, and shared laundry facilities. We have ample outdoor parking, not included in the rent. In addition to the great location and beautiful suites, residents of the Northland Apartments can also take full advantage of on-site management. Utilities are not included. The Northland Apartments are perfectly located within walking distance of all your amenity needs, including grocery stores, banks, and restaurants. Residents can enjoy the quiet life of the North Shore by taking in McArthur Island Park or relaxing on the beach, or if you are looking for something more vibrant you can take in the atmosphere of the downtown core, just a 10-minute drive away. We are pet-friendly!
