We moved in December 29th and so far everything has been great. There were some things that needed to be fixed and maintenance fixed them right away! The community is somewhat quiet and overall nice and clean. So far me and my husband love living here.

I moved into Orion McCord Park Apartment at Little Elm Texas from Connecticut in the last week of Sep 2024. I worked with Amy Rutter from Orion McCord over phone and email to book this apartment remotely. Amy provided detailed info, answered all my questions and on time :) everything went soo smooth that I did not have to worry abt anything moving from CT to this beautiful apartment. Thank you Amy :) There was some delay in replacing faulty washer and dryer after moving in but the maintenance person who came in was so polite, apologized for the delay & said that too many maintenance requests came in at same time and showed me the tickets too :). Issues happen everywhere but how it is addressed is important :) I am a HAPPY resident of Orion McCord Park Apartment.
