Great location, walking distance to Pleasant Hill/Contra Costa BART Station. The community here is wonderful, with lots of families and friendly neighbors. Very dog-friendly, with the biggest dog park I’ve ever seen at any apartment complex. There are hiking trails like the Iron Horse Trail nearby, perfect for outdoor activities. The staff is always quick to address any concerns or issues, which makes living here even better. It’s a great place to call home!

Thank you Adam and David for all your help. Our ac unit stopped working and with this heat, 2 dogs and a baby, you can imagine the couple of days we’ve had. I really appreciate how attentive, respectful, friendly and prompt they were to help us get a temporary solution while we wait for the ac to be repaired!!
