I had the pleasure of touring this apartment complex. It was beautifully maintained and really enjoyed how accessible BART it is. Dexter and Sharice in the leasing office were the best! They were very knowledgeable and helpful in answering all of my questions.

My husband and I moved from NJ to California in dec 2023. We searched many places and then we found The Avalon. We knew immediately that this place was for us. The security for the building is truly incredible. If you don’t reside there, it is nearly impossible to get into the bldg. we spent one year there and loved it. It was clean, safe and the people were amazing. From the neighbors to the office personnel, you couldn’t get better. We worked with Sharice who made our move across country worry free. Not just on the move in but throughout the whole year, she was top notch. She always made herself available and was always more than willing to help if needed. The only reason we moved out was that we needed to be closer to our son. Otherwise, we never would have left. If you’re thinking of moving there, I’m certain you won’t regret it. Happy home searching.

I have been living here for 2 years, and we more than loved this complex. It’s super clean, well-maintained, staff is friendly and responsive, the maintenance team is amazing and it took less than one day to address any issues we had.
The appliances are expensive and great quality. We’ve never had any issues with dishwasher or Washer/drier. Pools were clean and clubhouses are modern and nice.
It was super convenient to live 1 minute walk from BART station, and commute was good in general. It was so sad to move out, staff there is really careful, they always organized some free Starbucks breakfasts or free drinks if they tested fire alarm.
The rooftop is great and we loved watching sunsets from there.
The apartment itself is big and layout is convenient. We had a lot of storages there.

I had a great experience living at the Avalon Walnut Creek! Sharice Cotton helped me out with any needs that I had and the move out process. The apartments are beautiful with nice finishes, modern, and safe. The maintenance crew always took care of my requests in a timely fashion. The only negative is that I could hear the Bart go by every night and the buses in the morning, and I needed a fan to drown out the noise.
All of the elevators, mail room, amenities, and your own apartment are secured by the Latch app. It’s nice that you can give your code to visitors for a set period of time so they can enter into the apartment without you being there.
