I've been a resident of Avalon for 3 years now and consistency has been key to my stay. Meagan and Kevin in the front office have been more than accommodating with questions and requests. Maintenance team member, Carlos goes above and beyond to fulfill work orders with the utmost professionalism, promptness, and courtesy. I look forward to renewing my lease in the upcoming months. 2 Year Update: Service remains consistent which is a huge plus. Maintenance has improved where orders are addressed fairly quickly with no sort of blow back from whoever's working on your unit at the time. Julian in particular handled my slew of tickets with no problem, which I greatly appreciated. The property is kept up through out the year, which is extremely beneficial during the winter months. Keep up the great work.
