Our neighborhood is next to Historic Oakwood, within immediate proximity to Downtown Raleigh's best. Our community is diverse and tight-knit, considered the most up-and-coming in Downtown Raleigh. Its a mishmash of all kinds of people -- young professionals, families with kids and retirees. While it is a downtown, urban community, the neighborhood is certainly considered quiet and safe.
