I have lived here since September 2015, and I can honestly say I have loved living here. In December of 2023 , we got new management, and yes I was a little skeptical of the changes that I knew was coming, but every time I went to the office to talk to new management, I was assured by Denise and Sofia that the changes were to make apartment living better for the community, and so far the changes have been good. The activities for the community has been awesome, something we never had here. Maintenance is on top of repairs, Jeremy, and the rest of the maintenance staff has been awesome as well. Something that I have been asking for since 2017 is handicap parking and it's finally in the making.

Sofía has been amazing help from the day we walked in, she’s been helping up for about 2 months now helping us find the floor plan that best suits us. Entire town East team is incredible! Adrian Jeremy and Samuel are always keeping the property clean and Denise always welcomes us with a smile!
