During the renovation all the kitchen cabinetry was remodeled, new flooring was installed throughout, new blinds in the bedrooms, and new paint! Best yet! There are two mini-splits which also offer AC for warm summer days! The community is perfectly located in Downtown Santa Cruz, walking distance to all the restaurants and shops and only a bike ride from the beach and Boardwalk! The living room is good sized, and kitchen is conveniently located off to the left, creating a nice open floorplan, ideal for enjoying quiet nights at home and entertaining. Off the kitchen and dining area you have a beautiful built in coffee bar, perfect for storage and entertaining. There are three bedrooms that are all good sized and plenty of light. Each room is about the same size, and both have a spacious closet with mirrored closet sliding doors. The bathroom is situated off the shared hallway with a tub. While the second full bathroom is located to the right of the kitchen with a shower. Off to the left of the bathroom is washer/dryer hookup room. The unit does have one assigned off-street parking spot, any additional cars would need to be parked on the street, requiring a permit. The community is very well maintained with the landscaping service provided for by the landlord. The lease is one year. Water, sewer, trash included and tenant is responsible for all other utilities. Sorry, but no pets allowed. We approve applicants who have a household income of three times the monthly rent amount (sorry, no cosigners), good credit (625 min. credit score) and positive landlord and/or employer references. Applicants cannot have any record of bankruptcies in the last two years or any previous unlawful detainers. We require a separate application for any resident over the age of 18 who will be living at this residence. We also require any resident under the age of 18 to be identified as well. Our office participates in the Pet Screening service, ALL APPLICANTS MUST COMPLETE A PROFILE EVEN IF THERE ARE NO PETS IN THE HOME.
