I have lived at Rosewood just over 2 years. An active community with engaging staff and friendly neighbors are important to me. Rosewood office staff, Tahisha and Sierra are welcoming and helpful each time I have any concerns or just want to chat. Maintenance staff, Brandon and Luis are fantastic. They are quick to offer a friendly hello, actively work in and around the property regularly, and meet any requests I have within a day or two tops. There have been multiple opportunities to engage with the community over the last few months held at the community building including a Halloween get together and a paint and sip. Soon there will be also fitness classes offered on sight regularly. My family and I love Rosewood and are delighted to be part of this community!

My husband I have lived here for over 2 years now and they have been wonderful. In response to other reviews I've read recently I think people need to understand that Brandys husband did NOT disappear, he passed away suddenly and left her with 2 young children. She does great at her job and I find it sad that people would report something in a review of which they obviously know nothing about. Colony Square treats you like family if you pay your rent on time and do what is expected. Maybe they should look in the mirror b/4 judging. I truly recommend Colony Square.
