I am a resident at this complex, and I do know that everyone, may have there own experiences with dealing with "The Chelsea" and it could very well be a nice review or negative review, due to pervious management which is understandable. So here's my nice review: I want to say, speaking from my experience so far , our new management is awesome!! The new community manager, is friendly and professional also even down to the, assistant manager and staff!! When needing anything fixed in your apartment maintenance is on the premises. Both maintenance workers are also polite and professional, as well as friendly!! For me they shown that they value there residents, and provide you with a apartment home, that is comfortable and, an environment that is exciting and enjoyable (did I mention we have 2 pools, dog park, parking for your vehicle and a laundry unit on site for those, who do not have washer & dryer in there unit) Not to mention 24hr gas station near by, grocery store across the street (food lion) near by banks department store Sam's Lowes etc. and gym) I will say, I do have one issue and that's pertaining into the gym, not having access when you want to work out, we only have access when management is open. What if I want to work out Sunday morning and I cant!! I fill the gym should be 24hr access, maybe coming up with a key card for residents to have access to the gym at anytime to work out, it is apart of the amenities!!
