I’ve lived here for 9 months now - long enough to have perspective. I have zero complaints about this community or my apartment. Ashlee and Tiffanee in the leasing office have always been fabulous and helpful. I love that most everyone that works here lives here, too. Maintenance is very responsive and kind. The concierges downstairs are always very friendly. I really enjoy Akeba. She’s just lovely.
It is rare that I ever hear noise from any neighbor, even upstairs. I never hear traffic noise, and I can hear all the concerts on Decatur Square by opening my patio door. I haven’t had any construction quality issues, and the finishes are great. I’m so glad to have a giant bathtub and frameless shower in my bathroom. My apartment gets excellent sunlight, and overlooks the pool and courtyard. I almost always have my patio door open during the day, because I love hearing the fountains in the pool. So relaxing. The amenity spaces are wonderful. I had a party in the sky lounge on the 6th floor, and everyone really loved the space. There’s even a wine dispenser that will charge your card and give you a pour! The garage is very secure, and doesn’t have gates or fences that could be easily scaled. It’s locked down, which is unfortunately helpful.
My favorite feature, though, are my neighbors. I’ve met nearly all of them. Most are incredibly friendly, and seem to take great pride in decorating our doors for the seasons and holidays. A resident of the 6th floor commented to me a few weeks back that my floor (5th floor) is the ‘fun floor’. We had all the good Halloween candy and we love to decorate our doors. I really love where I live, and I’ll stay as long as I can afford it!

Amazing property, I was really impressed by the amenities. Egna was great, and very polite. She showed us around like home. Whenever I come back it will definitely be because of her.
Modera Decatur has worked with us every step of the way to ensure a smooth move-in and living situation so far. Egna has gone out of her way to help us and we cannot have enough good things to say about her and the entire staff here! They are excellent and so professional! They've gone above and beyond to help us get comfortable! Even when our AC wasn't working, they found an immediate solution and helped us to get it fixed the very next day. The building is beautiful, well kept and the apartment has all of the bells and whistles. Would 10/10 recommend this building to anybody! Can't wait to see how the rest of our lease shakes out here!
