My dad and I lived there for five years and never had any infestations like these people are talking about. I even walked over to a couple other buildings in the past and there were no roaches at all. I believe the people saying that just don’t keep their places clean. We rarely had any problems, prices are cheap, and all staff is nice. We wouldn’t have left if it was for other reasons not regarding Alvern Gardens.

Jihan needs to stop harassing my mother. I have seen her storm into the office to yell about her neighbors and threaten everyone. She is a liar and she scares me. She made me cry when she comes screaming and yelling. Now that she moved I feel much safer living at alvern gardens.
