Originally the Virginia Laundry Company (circa 1915), this historic building was made to last using nothing but solid masonry and concrete. Beginning in the summer of 2018, the building was transformed into 23 one-bedroom and 6 two-bedroom apartments. The apartments feature stained cherry cabinets, quartz countertops, exposed interior brick walls, concrete ceilings, giant steel windows, exposed spiral ductwork, stained concrete floors, white oak hardwood floors and include a washer and dryer in every unit. There is keyless entry on each apartment door for quick, easy access. A fitness room and bicycle storage room are available 24/7 to all residents. The building has on-site paid parking, controlled access, security cameras, site lighting and free private internet network provided to all residents (included in rent, NOT shared Wi-fi.)

Great experience living with these guys. New management is wonderful and the best out of any apartment I’ve lived so far! Apartments are affordable and in a great location for students / young adults in Lynchburg.
