Our community is also just two miles from both Goucher College and Towson University. There are many shopping and dining options available along the nearby Allegany Avenue, or at the Towson Town Center just 1.5 miles away. Upon a lease agreement, we require (and terms) a $200.00 amenity fee, $35/per person application fee, $40.00 month per pet fee and one time pet fee $350.00. Resident secures all utilities.
