Welcome to The Hills at Kenilworth located on a beautiful hillside in the heart of Towson, Maryland. Under new ownership and management by Olive Tree Management with over 20 year experience in the multifamily business serving thousands of residents throughout Maryland area. A unique community, offering pet-friendly 1, 2 and 3 bedroom spacious, garden-style apartments and townhomes. Work out in our 24-hour fitness center, fully equipped with cardio and weight machines and eight 52" HDTVs. Or if you prefer the outdoors enjoy our outdoor Cardio Fitness Center. Afterward, take a dip in our lap-size swimming pool or lounge on the sundeck. Take your dog for a walk through our pet-friendly grounds with pet "pit stop" stations and enjoy the Bark Park. The Hills at Kenilworth is convenient to Route 45, I-695, the Maryland Transit Administration public transportation and local schools. Our community is also just two miles from both Goucher College and Towson University. There are many shopping and dining options available along the nearby Allegany Avenue, or at the Towson Town Center just 1.5 miles away. Upon a lease agreement, we require (and terms) a $200.00 amenity fee, $35/per person application fee, $40.00 month per pet fee and one time pet fee $350.00. Resident secures all utilities.
