My mom moved into The Valley 2 years ago and we love it! The building has been updated and has a clean, modern look to it. The staff is genuinely friendly and so helpful whenever we have a question or need assistance with anything. We have had to call maintenance a couple of times for minor issues and they have been very responsive in responding to our requests. The community has regular activities, a workout room, a movie theater and a hair salon on site for the residents to enjoy. An extra added bonus is the building is usually very quiet at night, which is perfect for my mom. The Valley provides a family atmosphere and one where my mom will remain in for years to come.
