The leasing team is extremely unresponsive to with communication. We called several times to receive an update on our application that we filled out and now we check the application only to see that the application was cancelled with no explanation as to why. Some form of communication from the property leasing team during this process would have been nice and removing the apartment once an application goes in and is accepted would be nice considering the application fees are non-refundable. I wouldn’t bother renting here, if the property leasing team is this unresponsive imagine what it will be like when you move in and have issues or need something.
