I lived here for over a year and really enjoyed the complex. I moved in right after the unit was renovated and everything was very well done. Anytime we had an issue, maintenance was so quick to respond and fix it. I used the fitness center regularly and it was well kept and had enough equipment for a good workout. Staff was also very friendly and kind, especially Ken. He got to know us and would always wave or stop to say hi when we saw him around. I had packages delivered when I was out of town, and Ken was willing to get them and put them in my apartment so they wouldn't have to sit outside. Also quiet and friendly neighborhood. Would definitely recommend!

Boulevard apartments has been an incredible place that I could call home for a couple years. The complex is nothing short than amazing. Ken, the property manager truly gets to know all of his tenants and is always ready to help whenever you need, maintenance always responds to requests promptly (even same day!), the neighborhood is incredibly safe and quiet, the space is very spacious and comfortable and the team is very friendly! I truly will have to say that Ken is the best property manager I have ever encountered (and probably will ever encounter) and makes living at Boulevard even better! :)
