As a new tenant at Glenmuir, my experience with Steve has been fantastic! From the start, he was welcoming, helpful, and made the move-in process seamless and easy. He was always quick to address my questions and ensured everything was taken care of efficiently. Steve’s professionalism and friendly demeanor is truly top tier. It is a pleasure having Steve as our property manager here at Glenmuir.

I’m writing as an incoming tenant from out of state. Given our situation we were unable to come for a visit BUT I feel as though Steve has done everything to accomodate us. He’s been prompt and responsive and flexible, such as accommodating a last minute rescheduling of a virtual tour. So far, I believe Steve has been upfront about the cost breakdown and willing to answer my questions. I look forward to calling this place our home to really experience the community. In all honesty, it felt nice to have a warm and welcoming person handle our needs. It makes our move across state lines a bit less stressful. I can’t thank Steve enough for helping us through the process.
