As a new tenant at Glenmuir, my experience with Steve has been fantastic! From the start, he was welcoming, helpful, and made the move-in process seamless and easy. He was always quick to address my questions and ensured everything was taken care of efficiently. Steve’s professionalism and friendly demeanor is truly top tier. It is a pleasure having Steve as our property manager here at Glenmuir.

I’m writing as an incoming tenant from out of state. Given our situation we were unable to come for a visit BUT I feel as though Steve has done everything to accomodate us. He’s been prompt and responsive and flexible, such as accommodating a last minute rescheduling of a virtual tour. So far, I believe Steve has been upfront about the cost breakdown and willing to answer my questions. I look forward to calling this place our home to really experience the community. In all honesty, it felt nice to have a warm and welcoming person handle our needs. It makes our move across state lines a bit less stressful. I can’t thank Steve enough for helping us through the process.

I lived here for a year and have to say that this was one of the most straightforward assortment application, move-in, move out processes I’ve experienced, plus apartment itself was decent and the team, led by Joe, was awesome. There are so many great reasons to live here; the location is close to many stores and retail, but far enough away to not be bothered by traffic. Facilities include a pool with cabana and chairs, a gym, which is now open 24/7, a dog park, kids playground, and close proximity to a lake with paths leading around it. Unlike other apartments in the area, parking is more than adequate for most circumstances, and the apartment team are always reminding monitoring the situation . The apartments are dog friendly with dog bags located throughout the complex. Generally speaking, most residents are pretty good at looking after the dogs on a walk. Apartments use smart locks and smart controls in the units, which makes it incredibly convenient to manage things like temperature and access. The apartments also contain sensors for leakage, e.g. from the washer. If you need to call for assistance, there is an app you can download which connect to allow to schedule maintenance, etc. Some apartments have garages whilst others do not; I believe those 2 beds with garages only have one bathroom, whereas the others have two. The complex has an easy to set up system for Payment, which can be automated and credit cards and bank accounts are accepted. Fourth of July is always a good time to be around the apartment as there are major firework displays just over the streets I cannot stress how awesome Joe and his team are! They really are looking out for the complex and it’s residents and a really great people to work with! Overall, I’d recommend this place for single professionals, young couples those with small families Who are respectful of their neighbors and the complex. The team of done a great deal of work to ensure improvement continues and that’s reflected in the residents respect for the facilities.
