128 Katherine Ct is a beautiful, quiet, boutique apartment building with 4 identical private apartments. Our residents become more than just neighbors, thanks to the intimate size and inviting outdoor spaces. This location is literally a 2 minute walk to HEB Central Market, known as the best grocery store and the model that Whole Foods was built upon. We are also ideally located close to the Pearl, Museums, restaurants, University of The Incarnate Word, parks, and Fort Sam Army base. It's not all commercial amenities around us, though, as we are nestled between the 3 most prestigious communities in the San Antonio area. The apartments were FULLY renovated in 2019-2020, so all appliances, duct work, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC are all new. Obviously, every surface you can see and touch are all new, also. We always stay full, so if you're seeing this and it sounds like something you're interested in, please don't hesitate to reach out as it may not be available in a week. Owner pays water/sewer/trash and provides laundry amenities on site at no cost.
