Magnolia Villa, an Arrowsmith Apartments community, features two bedroom, one and half bathroom townhouses. Each unit is approximately 955 square feet with washer and dryer in unit. Private patios and end-of-street location provide a quiet retreat to small town life. Home Amenities: -Updated kitchen -Updated flooring -In-unit laundry -Private patio -24-hour maintenance contact center -Pets welcome Community Features: -Columbia River -Sand Island -McCormick Park -Campbell Park -Local shops and dining -Community concerts Online Applications: - Each applicant over the age of 18 must submit a separate rental application. Each applicant will be required to qualify individually or as per specific criteria areas. - Application fee is $35.00. - Positive identification with a picture is required. - Inaccurate or falsified information will be grounds for denial of the application. - Any applicant currently using illegal drugs will be denied. If approved for tenancy and later illegal drug use is confirmed, eviction shall result. - Any individual whose tenancy may constitute a direct threat to the health and safety of any individual, the complex, or the property of others, will be denied tenancy. - Current proof of income equal to one month’s wages is required. - Co-signers not accepted - Advertised rent rate is with a 12-month lease. Renter's Requirements: - Security deposit amount indicated is the minimum required and may be increased as determined by your previous rental & credit history. - All deposits are required to be paid in full prior to move-in. - Renter's insurance is required. - When pets are allowed, a deposit of $400 is required for the first pet and $200 for the second pet. Monthly rent for pet may also be charged. Ask about breed and weight restrictions which vary based on the property insurance policy.
