The owner is a little grumpy , that should be expected with operating rental units in America. Otherwise if you paid on time and minded your own business it’s a nice place to reside

ok place to live. Interactions with management have been positive, and communication is usually timely. The apartments are older, but taken care of. Overall an ok experience living here for 2+ years. Edit: Moving out was a nightmare. They will nickel and dime you to death. It took over a year to get my ancient dishwasher that didnt work replaced. They waited until right before I moved out to swap it. I was told on move in they have dishwashers and AC units set aside to replace old/broken ones yet they would not replace mine when it stopped. The stove fan didnt have a filter and I brought that up with maintenance but it was never addressed now I get charged $25 for a filter? Every apartment I have lived in you cancel electric service upon handing in the keys and its been fine. Not here! They had a renter set up to move in ASAP and yet they charged me $23 for 8 days of electric! My electric was only $26 per month!!! I am so angry.
